Job summary
Overseas is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to manage the books for approximately 10 related entities across a family holding company with interests in real estate, sports services, food retail, and private investments. You will work closely with the managing partner and outside accountants to keep records accurate, current, and reporting-ready.
This is a high-trust, high-ownership role where you will monitor intercompany activity, maintain multi-entity ledgers, and ensure timely financial
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of bookkeeping across multiple related companies.
- Advanced QuickBooks Online proficiency required.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for schedules and reconciliations.
- Discreet handling of confidential financial information.
Responsibilities
- Manage invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable across ~10 entities.
- Record transactions in QuickBooks Online and intercompany dashboard.
- Verify payables and prepare payments for final approval.
- Process recurring bills (taxes, loan payments, invoices).
- Reconcile bank, credit card and loan accounts monthly.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports.
