Remote Jobs is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to manage books for ~10 related entities across a diversified portfolio. You will work with the managing partner and outside accountants to keep records accurate and reporting-ready, with ownership over intercompany activity and timely statements.

The role emphasizes high trust, high ownership, and advanced QuickBooks Online use. This is a 100% remote position with USD compensation and US business hour availability.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of bookkeeping across multiple related entities.
• Real estate bookkeeping experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced QuickBooks Online proficiency and Excel/Sheets skills.

Mansioni

• Manage invoices, accounts payable/receivable across ~10 entities.
• Record all transactions in QuickBooks Online and internal dashboard.
• Verify payables and prepare payments for final approval.
• Month-end close and reconciliations for every entity.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
