Job summary

ABOMIS invites an experienced Senior Bid & Proposal Manager to lead our international tender activities in airport IT and aviation technology. You will identify opportunities, shape bid strategies, and coordinate technical and commercial proposals.

The role requires deep knowledge of airport procurement, cross‑functional collaboration, and proven negotiation skills to win complex contracts with airlines and ground handlers. Remote/hybrid work with senior leadership collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of bid management or tendering experience.
• Proven experience with airport IT, aviation technology, or passenger processing.
• Strong understanding of international RFP processes.
• Experience coordinating technical and commercial teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and manage international RFP, RFI, and tender opportunities.
• Lead the complete bid lifecycle, from qualification through submission, clarification, negotiation, and contract award.
• Develop compelling technical and commercial proposals tailored to airport, airline, and ground handling requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, product management, sales, finance, and executive teams.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies and commercial models.
• Review tender documentation, contractual requirements, compliance matrices, and evaluation criteria.
• Build and maintain a reusable library of proposal content, technical responses, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor competitor activities, procurement trends, and major airport technology projects.
• Support customer presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
• Improve ABOMIS's bid management processes and overall tender success rate.
