Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Bid Manager for Airports & Border Authorities across the Americas. You will lead end-to-end bid processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and engage senior stakeholders from qualification to contract handover.

• Proven ability to lead strategic RFP/RFI processes and multi-stakeholder responses.
• Strong governance, risk assessment and commercial-approval skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid process from pre-bid to handover.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Solution Management, Delivery and Finance.
• Prepare and present to senior stakeholders and negotiate with customers.
• Ensure compliant, complete customer responses and manage risk.
