Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Developer, Business Intelligence to turn data into actionable insights for state Medicaid programs and company leaders. You will design data models, build dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to inform decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in analytics or BI, strong SQL, and experience with Tableau, QlikView/QlikSense, SAS, and Power BI. The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and adaptability in a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, CS, IS, math, statistics or equivalent.
• Five+ years of analytics, data modeling, or BI experience (three years with a master's).
• Experience with BI tools Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI or similar.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or R.
• Ability to support compliance program objectives.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create data models and reporting using Tableau, Qlikview, QlikSense, SAS, and Power BI.
• Identify inter-departmental dependencies and downstream impacts of changes in reporting.
• Extract, Transform and Load data from diverse sources.
• Adapt to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools in a fast‑growing organization.
• Lead data validation to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Provide insights to streamline analytics processes and research improvements.
• Serve as analytics SME for audits, legislative inquiries, and escalated analyses.
• Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor teammates as SME.
• Other duties as assigned.
