Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Developer, Business Intelligence to join our growing team. The role blends theory and practice to deliver data-driven insights for managers, stakeholders, and executives within the state Medicaid program.

A detail-oriented, analytical communicator who learns quickly will thrive. You will develop reporting applications using QlikView, Qlik Sense, SQL Server tools, and other BI platforms; extract, transform, and load data; and mentor teammates while

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or related field
• 5+ years of analytics, data modeling or BI experience, or 3+ years with master's degree
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView/QlikSense, SAS, Power BI; SQL, Python or R preferred
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsibilities

• Create data models and reporting apps using BI tools
• Identify inter-department dependencies and downstream impacts of changes in reporting
• ETL data from multiple sources
• Adapt quickly to changing reporting needs and new BI tools
• Lead data validation to ensure data integrity and reliability
• Identify opportunities to streamline analytics processes and improvement opportunities
• Serve as analytics SME for audits, inquiries, and escalated analysis
• Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders or state stakeholders
• Mentor teammates and SME in analytics areas
• Other duties as assigned
