Job summary

Exol in Wilmington, MA, seeks a Benefits Manager to own the administration of medical, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness programs. You will partner with brokers and vendors to deliver competitive, compliant benefits and lead annual renewals.

You will manage enrollments, COBRA, leaves, and retirement transactions, coordinate data with Workday, and own benefits communications and new-hire orientation in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in benefits administration.
• Experience with health and welfare, retirement, and leave programs.
• Experience using Workday HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of benefits compliance.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of benefit programs.
• Manage renewals, open enrollment, and vendor relationships.
• Administer wellness initiatives and employee wellbeing programs.
• Handle COBRA, retirement transactions, leaves, and related activities.
• Coordinate data transfers with Workday and external vendors.
• Lead benefits communications and new-hire orientation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
