Job summary

Capstone Search Group is seeking an experienced Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to manage large, self-funded corporate benefits accounts from a remote location in the Northeast region. You will act as the lead point of contact, collaborating with internal teams to ensure flawless plan execution.

Responsibilities include setting long-term client strategies, leading renewals with underwriters, addressing issues, and identifying additional revenue opportunities while delivering high-quality

• Extensive large group health and welfare service, marketing, and direct consulting expertise.
• Deep self-funded technical expertise with group benefits plans for accounts over 1,000 lives, plus market and regulatory knowledge.
• Active state insurance license.
