Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration or total rewards analytics.
• Strong experience with health & welfare and retirement programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex benefits and retirement inquiries.
• Administer day-to-day health and welfare operations including enrollment and COBRA coordination.
• Deliver analytics and dashboards to inform program design and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and IRS rules.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, and HR Operations on benefit-related matters.
