Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead day-to-day benefits operations, supervise a benefits coordinator, and ensure high-quality service to field HR Business Partners. You will work with third-party administrators to address enrollment, eligibility, and 401(k) questions.

The role oversees health & welfare, retirement plans, and other benefits, coordinating annual enrollment across multiple locations and maintaining benefits documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ benefits management experience.
• Experience with Workday Absence/Benefitsolver highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; HR/Benefits certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day benefits operations and supervise the benefits coordinator.
• Collaborate with field HRBPs and TPAs to resolve enrollment, eligibility, and 401(k) questions.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment across multiple locations and update SPDs/SARs.
• Support HRBPs with benefits transactions and payroll/HRIS entries.
• Assist with 401(k) loans, withdrawals, and annual plan audits.
• Travel may be required to support on/off boarding of staff benefits.
