Capstone Search Group is seeking an experienced Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to manage large, self-funded corporate benefits accounts from a remote location in the Northeast region. You will act as the lead point of contact, collaborating with internal teams to ensure flawless plan execution.

Qualifications

• Extensive large group health and welfare service, marketing, and direct consulting expertise.
• Deep self-funded technical expertise with group benefits plans for accounts over 1,000 lives, plus market and regulatory knowledge.
• Active state insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term strategies with clients, making recommendations on plan design and administration to meet their business and financial needs
• Lead the renewal process and closely partner with underwriters to develop creative strategies for group medical and ancillary benefits programs
• Address critical customer issues and help the account management team throughout the year provide consistent, high-quality service
• Seek out additional revenue opportunities with clients and referrals
