Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Business Development Manager III to drive growth in healthcare packaging, focusing on thermoformed trays. You will identify prospects, build relationships with key decision makers, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

You will work with marketing leads and develop your own pipeline, understanding customer needs and market trends to position Amcor's solutions for revenue growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 7+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or general management within packaging.
• Direct experience selling thermoformed trays within the healthcare market.
• Proven success in sales growth, profitability, and new business acquisition.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including domestic and occasional international travel to Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to win new healthcare thermoformed tray business across North America.
• Build and manage a pipeline of 10-15 active opportunities and generate new leads.
• Lead negotiations with stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams.
• Partner with account managers to transition new accounts and ensure onboarding.
