Amcor is expanding its healthcare packaging business and seeks a senior Business Development Manager III to win new thermoformed tray opportunities across North America. You will identify prospects, build relationships with decision-makers, and turn opportunities into long‑term partnerships.

You will work with marketing-generated leads and your own pipeline, using market insights and industry trends to position Amcor's products as compelling solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 7+ years in technical sales, business development, or general management within packaging.
• Direct experience selling thermoformed trays in healthcare.
• Proven success in driving sales growth and closing complex agreements.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including domestic and some international travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to win new healthcare thermoformed tray business across the North American territory.
• Build and manage a pipeline of 10–15 active opportunities while continuously generating new leads.
• Research prospects, identify decision-makers, and engage potential customers through outreach and networking.
• Understand market trends and customer challenges to position Amcor's solutions effectively.
• Lead negotiations and onboarding activities to convert opportunities into active customers.
