Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or management within packaging.
• Direct experience selling thermoformed trays within healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Win new healthcare thermoformed tray business across North America.
• Build and manage a pipeline of 10–15 active opportunities.
• Identify decision‑makers and engage potential customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Product Management, Field Service, and Operations.
• Lead onboarding and transition of new accounts to customers.
