Amcor is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager III to drive new healthcare thermoformed tray business in North America. You will build a strong pipeline, engage key decision-makers, and lead opportunities from prospecting to close, collaborating with Marketing, R&D, and Operations to position Amcor solutions.

With 5+ years in large-scale B2B sales and 7+ years in packaging, you will negotiate contracts, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth while navigating complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 7+ years in technical sales, business development or general management within packaging.
• Direct experience selling thermoformed trays within healthcare.
• Proven success driving sales growth and profitability.
• Experience negotiating contracts and closing complex agreements.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including domestic and occasional international travel to Mexico.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategies to win new healthcare thermoformed tray business across your assigned North American territory.
• Build and manage a pipeline of 10-15 active opportunities while generating new leads.
• Research prospects, identify decision-makers, and engage potential customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Product Management, Field Service, and Operations to support trials and commercialization.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for new opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition to active customers.
• Partner with Account Managers to transition new accounts and monitor profitability and retention.
