Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive rapid growth across the East Coast region. This fully remote role requires building new business, understanding customer needs, and leading strategic sales initiatives while collaborating with manufacturers' representatives.

You will identify opportunities, present our solutions, and foster strong relationships with channel partners to achieve above-market growth. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 4-5+ years of related sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives.
• Deep understanding of UL, IEEE, NEC, and IEC standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong knowledge of customer and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close new customers.
• This fully remote role requires extensive travel within the territory; reside in or around central East Coast states.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Understand market trends and customer needs to position products effectively.
• Drive product development by pinpointing gaps and championing new projects.
• Provide guidance and progression with the Manufacturers' representative in assigned regions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to solve problems and foster customer loyalty.
• Present product features and benefits to meet customer needs with technical depth.
• Engage with national and regional channel partners to grow market share.
• Collaborate with inside sales, product management, and other teams to drive above-quota growth.
