Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across our Clutches & Brakes business in North America. You will link Specialty Distribution, engineering and commercial leadership to develop engineered solutions and expand customer relationships.

You will leverage technical credibility and business development instincts to grow revenue, influence product specifications, and support ETO opportunities from concept to implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, application engineering, sales engineering, technical sales, product management, or a related industrial environment.
• Experience supporting engineered-to-order (ETO) or customized industrial products.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, product management and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across new and existing Specialty Distribution channels and Clutches & Brakes Industry accounts across North America.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue, market share and specification wins.
• Serve as the technical and commercial expert for the Clutches & Brakes product portfolio.
• Partner with customers, distributors, OEMs, and end users to understand requirements and identify growth opportunities.
• Translate customer challenges into actionable solutions with engineering teams.
• Support complex ETO opportunities from concept through implementation.
• Influence product specifications and position Regal Rexnord as the preferred provider.
• Build and expand relationships with key decision-makers across customer and distribution orgs.
• Lead customer presentations, training sessions, product demonstrations, and application reviews.
• Capture Voice of Customer insights for Product Management to influence future development.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Finance and Commercial teams to execute growth initiatives.
