Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp seeks a Strategic Account Manager for its Aerospace Solutions business. You will lead growth across key enterprise accounts, securing and expanding business while aligning solutions to evolving customer needs.

You will define and execute long-term commercial strategies, influence product roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, legal, and other teams to close contracts and deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in technical sales or account management.
• Experience building executive relationships and managing large enterprise accounts.
• Experience using CRM to manage opportunity funnel and forecast growth.
