Flai is hiring a senior automotive CRM sales specialist to help car dealer groups replace their incumbent CRM with Flai's AI-native solution. You will own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to close, and lead pilots with new and existing dealer customers.

This remote role requires the ability to travel for important meetings, pilots, and industry events, while you build a scalable regional or national pipeline and partner with founders to shape the sales playbook as the company

Qualifications

• Must have automotive CRM sales experience.
• Proven track record closing with dealerships.
• Deep knowledge of dealership workflows.
• Strong ability to discover, demos, and negotiate.
• Willingness to travel for key deals.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, discover, tailor demos, pilot design, and close.
• Build pipeline and align with customer success for expansion.
• Analyze store lead handling, appointments, and data for impact.
• Plan rollout with partners and define success metrics.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot forecasts and next steps.
• Contribute to product feedback and sales playbook.
