Flai is building an AI-native communications platform for automotive dealerships, transforming how they operate with voice AI products. We are a small, scrappy team that has grown rapidly and moves with speed and ambition.

This role focuses on growing Flai's presence in the Washington and Oregon dealership markets. You will prospect, meet, pitch, and close dealerships and dealer groups, while building a robust pipeline and maintaining a clean CRM.

• Proven sales execution with automotive experience and strong communication.
• Comfort with field sales, operational discipline, and a founder mindset.
