Job summary

Flai is hiring a Regional Account Executive to drive go-to-market in Washington and Oregon, building Flai's presence with automotive dealerships. You will develop territory strategy, prospect, meet dealers, and close deals while traveling across the two states.

In this role you will work directly with founders, shape the sales playbook, gather market insights, and help scale Flai’s AI-native communications platform for dealerships.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience closing deals from prospecting to signature.
• Automotive dealership sales experience.
• Strong, clear communication in person or remote.
• Solution-oriented; identifies dealer pain points and matches solutions.
• Willingness to travel across Washington and Oregon for field sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, book meetings, pitch, and close dealerships across WA/OR.
• Build and manage pipeline: map priority accounts, identify decision-makers, keep opportunities organized.
• Sell in the field: meet dealership leaders in person to build trust and momentum.
• Shape the territory go-to-market motion with the founders and sales playbook.
• Provide market insights to Product and Leadership to influence product direction.
