Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants on pricing and analytical projects. This remote role interacts with internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver insights and high-quality work.

You will coach staff, oversee analyses, manage teams, and balance business results with limited human capital.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5 years of post-bachelor experience.
• Or graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 3 years experience in personal lines insurance.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• FCAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants with coaching and direction.
• Oversee actuarial analyses and support business decision-making.
• Interact with internal stakeholders and external clients to communicate insights.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with clients via project development.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts to ensure timely completion.
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and Analysts within the department.
• Balance achievement of business results with constrained human capital.
• Provide effective challenge to leadership.
