Ross Stores is seeking an Associate Relations Specialist to mitigate risk and support associates through timely investigations and proactive communication. You will handle inquiries from open-door channels, conduct on-site and remote investigations, and ensure documentation aligns with internal HR policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of multi-unit retail HR or similar Associate Relations experience preferred.
• Workplace Investigations Training preferred.
• Knowledge of NLRB-related issues is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills required.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site/remote investigations as assigned for all shifts.
• Enter case notes and documentation into Case Management system daily and timely.
• Work with HR Services to share activities and outcomes cross-functionally.
• Prepare documentation for 3rd party charges or attorney reviews and assist in case closure.
• Respond to crises on-site as needed in collaboration with LP and Magellan.
• Lead First Responder process and ensure pro-Associate culture across stores.
