Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking an Associate Relations specialist to mitigate risk and drive engagement by managing timely responses to associate concerns across on-site and remote channels. You will investigate alerts, 3rd party charges, and sensitive incidents, providing compliant documentation and support to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of multi-unit retail HR or associate relations experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site/remote investigations as assigned by the Associate Relations Case Manager.
• Enter case notes and documentation into the Case Management system daily.
• Work with HR Services to share outcomes and ensure compliance.
• Lead responses to 3rd party charges and critical incidents when required.
• Provide after-hours support for crises and guide leadership on policy actions.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and local, state, and federal laws.
