Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. seeks an Associate Relations Manager to lead investigations, manage case documentation, and drive risk mitigation across NJ distribution centers and corporate offices within a hybrid role.

You will partner with leadership, HRBPs, and COEs on policy interpretation, training, and enterprise-wide improvements while promoting a respectful and compliant workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Human Resources or Employee Relations with complex investigations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, investigations, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into workplace disputes and escalated concerns.
• Manage Open Door and STEPS programs for centers.
• Provide coaching on performance management and corrective action.
