Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a senior HR operations professional to lead daily HR case management and team operations. You will ensure compliant, timely LOA services in line with policies, collaborating with cross-functional HR teams, vendors, and partners.

Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring workloads, analytics-driven coaching, and driving process improvements while maintaining strong client service and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years HR experience (specialist level may be needed).
• 1-2 years supervising employees.
• Ability to spot trends via data and suggest process improvements.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with case management systems.
• Highly organized with ability to plan and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HR case management and team operations.
• Monitor case load, audits for quality, and real-time administration.
• Provide feedback and training to direct reports using development programs and reviews.
• Use analytics to coach the team and influence outcomes.
• Ensure timely delivery of key processes and keep documentation current.
• Collaborate with HR partners to meet service level expectations and drive improvements.
• Make recommendations on hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Participate in group projects and other duties as assigned.
