The position requires 2–3 years of relevant experience and at least an Associate's degree, with preferences for a Bachelor’s degree and experience in a multi-level organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 2–3 years in account management, sales, finance, product management, project management, marketing or credit card portfolio management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field with 2+ years in a similar role and multi-level organization experience.
• Experience with portfolio reporting, Salesforce (Partner Portal), invoices, contract-related reporting, and client servicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Executes bank-initiated changes affecting brand partners or cardholders and maintains trackers.
• Manages submission and reconciliation of program invoices and ensures timely contract-related reporting such as SLA reporting.
• Supports inventory management and Salesforce maintenance; assists with client servicing procedures.
• Delivers all portfolio reporting packages and maintains PartnerPortal access with understanding of reporting tools and metrics.
