Job summary

Markage is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to own the end-to-end Studio Access delivery system in the United States. You will design, document, and continuously improve workflows from request to delivery, and create visibility into capacity, workload, and delivery health across the U.S.

team. You will remove operational friction, identify bottlenecks, support growth, build scalable processes, and maintain discipline to ensure quality as volume increases.

• Experience owning operations, delivery systems, or process improvement in a service or high-volume environment.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to design practical, scalable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable operational improvements.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Essential requirements

• Proven experience owning operations, delivery systems, or process improvement in a service or high-volume environment.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to design practical, scalable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable operational improvements.
• Comfortable taking full ownership and operating independently in a fully remote environment.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Holds a valid Dex Management Area Director Certification (DEX-MAD) or higher Management-level Dex credential in the Sales & Customer Success domain.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in an agency, studio, professional services, or high-volume delivery environment.
• Experience scaling operations during periods of growth.
• Strong process design and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting multiple teams or workstreams simultaneously.
