Job summary

Toptal is seeking a Senior Creative Operations Manager to oversee the operational side of the creative process from intake through delivery. You will partner with Creative Leads and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure projects are well-defined, prioritized, and delivered on time in line with briefs.

This remote role requires a proactive problem solver who can bring structure to complexity, improve workflows, and provide clear visibility into project health across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of project or creative operations experience in advertising or design.
• Experience managing multiple creative projects with competing deadlines.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear project plans.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary operations partner for complex creative projects across channels.
• Own project planning and execution from intake through final delivery with roadmaps and milestones.
• Review briefs and manage weekly intake to ensure clear definitions and scheduling.
• Balance needs, priorities, resources, and deadlines with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Facilitate project kickoffs and weekly status meetings with documented outcomes.
• Provide regular updates on priorities and project health, including at-risk work.
• Escalate complex issues with context and recommended solutions.
• Identify risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
