Job summary

RemoteLeads in the United States is seeking a senior creative lead to develop and review briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration. You will partner with the Associate Creative Director, Art to craft standout, strategically focused executions and own projects from concept through medical/legal review.

This role emphasizes independent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and guiding branding efforts, with freelance opportunities and a primarily remote work

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of traditional agency experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a market access environment.
• Proven creative ability and sound creative judgment.
• Successful experience communicating with clients.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with account management and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Experience managing creative teams and multiple accounts.
• Willingness to invest the time and effort needed to produce high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration.
• Partner with the Associate Creative Director, Art to produce standout, strategically focused creative executions.
• Own assigned projects from concept through completion, including writing, referencing, and annotating copy for medical/legal review.
• Manage multiple projects independently and deliver work under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with planning to shape strategic branding.
• Guide cross-functional collaboration and contribute to new-business efforts.
• Support creative excellence and account growth through senior client partnership.
