Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a highly technical TAE to provide expert technical support for Grid Automation M&D customers. You will build relationships, lead from inception to closure, and guide customers through pre-sales decisions and post-sales support.

You will develop technical proposals, train customers and teams, coordinate with sales, engineering and product management, and help integrate M&D products with customer systems using DNP3, Modbus and IEC 61850.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or technology required, accredited program.
• Minimum 10 years in industrial/utility monitoring and diagnostics of transformers, breakers, and related software.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Act as expert consultant to plan and develop technical solutions for monitoring needs.
• Interpret specs and convert to product requirements and interface with customer systems.
• Coordinate with sales for calls, presentations, bid meetings and site walks.
