Job summary

You will interpret specifications, coordinate with sales, and present proposals to ensure alignment with customer needs. The role requires deep experience in substation monitoring, SCADA protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850), and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or technology from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of Industrial and utility monitoring and diagnostics experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Act as expert consultant to guide customers in planning and development of technical solutions for their monitoring needs.
• Interpret transformer and circuit breaker specifications and convert to product specifications.
• Coordinate with sales teams for customer calls and presentations and participate in bid meetings.
