Job summary

Remote is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Payroll to own the product area end-to-end, including API surface and developer experience. You will work with Engineering leads on architecture, prototype to de-risk ideas, and drive adoption while partnering with payroll and tax experts across teams.

Experience as product manager in a high-growth company.
Experience working in payroll, HR, benefits, fintech, or similar.
Strong judgment making both strategic and tactical decisions.

Excellent product design sense (UX).
Outstanding communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

Proficiency in Cursor and Claude Code; build, debug, and ship functional prototypes.
Own product area end to end including API surface and developer experience.
Collaborate with payroll and tax experts; coordinate across teams.
Prioritize based on real workflow pain and fix root causes.
Own adoption and post-launch hypercare to ensure ongoing usage.
