• Experience as product manager in a high-growth company.
• Experience working in payroll, HR, benefits, fintech, or similar.
• Strong judgment making both strategic and tactical decisions.
• Demonstrated, self-driven results that moved a product forward.
• Excellent product design sense (UX).
• Outstanding communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Cursor and Claude Code; build, debug, and ship functional prototypes.
• Own product area end to end including API surface and developer experience.
• Collaborate with payroll and tax experts; coordinate across teams.
• Prioritize based on real workflow pain and fix root causes.
• Own adoption and post-launch hypercare to ensure ongoing usage.
