Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a payroll/HR platform context.
• Experience coordinating with multiple downstream consumers across many teams.
• Experience with rollout discipline: parallel runs, instant rollback, UAT, and release trains.
• Technical comfort discussing database schemas, APIs, and migration mechanics with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll platform modernization, sequencing migrations to avoid payroll risk.
• Price the cost of maintaining legacy systems, including escalations and risk of missed pay dates.
• Lead the payroll data-model redesign decisions in collaboration with payroll engineering leadership.
• Own access/audit discipline, permissions, audit posture, and least-privilege controls.
