Job summary

Remote is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Payroll, to own the product area end to end—from API surface to the user experience—working closely with Engineering leadership. You will prototype, de-risk ideas, and own contracts and versioning to ensure backward compatibility while collaborating with payroll, tax, and partner teams.

You will communicate decisions in writing and drive end-to-end adoption and ongoing improvements in a remote, async, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Technical direction and architectural influence in product area.
• Ability to prototype and de-risk ideas by writing code.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Cursor and/or ClaudeCode; autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code/prototypes.
• Experience as product manager in a high-growth company.
• Experience working in payroll, HR, benefits, fintech, or similar.
• Great judgment making strategic and tactical decisions.
• Demonstrable, self-driven results moving a product in the right direction.
• Strong product design sense (UX).
• Outstanding communication and collaboration across departments to meet business needs.
• Business-level English.
• Bonus: experience working remotely.
