Job summary

RemotePass is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the EOR product end to end, sitting in the Product & Operations team with a direct line to the CEO. You’ll own the full employee lifecycle—from quotes and onboarding to compliance, benefits, and offboarding—along with the internal tooling and AI agents that run behind it.

We’re moving toward discovery-led product development, with the scope to scale across time zones, countries, and partners, building a robust, global payroll and employment

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, with hands-on ownership of EOR, HR tech, or complex B2B workflows.
• Experience shipping and scaling products with operational complexity.
• Strong discovery skills driven by customer data and insights.
• Hands-on with AI as a product surface and working tool.

Responsibilities

• Own the full EOR lifecycle: quotes, onboarding, contracts, compliance, benefits, and offboarding.
• Set the roadmap and defend product decisions to stakeholders.
• Lead discovery with customers, prospects, and ops teams to establish priorities.
• Translate noise from CS, sales, and support into a clear product direction.
• Deep-dive into country-specific rules and ensure scalable flows.
• Build internal tooling and AI agents to scale EOR operations.
