Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical analytics role or similar.
• Proficiency with Python and core data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas).
• Strong SQL skills and ability to manipulate data from cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Proven track record managing strategically important projects across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the technical roadmap for Tier 1 projects, including development, testing, and maintenance of targeting and measurement solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Revenue, Marketing, BI and Data Science teams to design, test, and iterate on vertical-focused initiatives.
• Troubleshoot data issues and pipelines by analyzing datasets and working with technical teams to identify root causes.
• Design and oversee experiments to validate hypotheses and improve marketing performance.
• Contribute to analytics POCs with strategic clients; test and validate use cases for productization.
• Define and track performance OKRs and communicate impact to senior stakeholders.
• Support daily operational tasks such as campaign reporting, measurement setup, and data analysis.
