Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in Corporate Learning & Development, instructional design, curriculum development, or a combination of these areas.
• Experience designing technical training and supporting certification strategy for technical audiences.
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience designing, drafting, and developing storyboards for learning solutions in multiple formats.
• Demonstrated ability to identify learning needs and translate them into practical learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute the development and implementation of learning assets with the Training Operations Team.
• Use training technology to provide scalable training solutions.
• Develop and support LMS strategy and measurement for the organization.
• Support LMS system audits.
• Create and document processes for learning solutions and operating procedures.
• Partner with HRIS to support LMS updates.
• Collaborate with vendors to onboard new learning technologies.
• Consult leaders and stakeholders to provide learning solutions using LMS features.
