Job summary

Norstella, a premier life sciences data and AI solutions provider, seeks an Advisory Lead to shape evaluation frameworks and validate AI solutions for life sciences clients. You will work across content, product, data science and services to ensure credible, reproducible evaluations and scalable processes.

The role sits in Content Operations, bridging models and products with market trust, with potential client-facing responsibilities as the role grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum Undergraduate degree in life sciences, medical sciences, CS, statistics or related field.
• 3+ years in solutions, strategy, consulting, data science or product commercialization.
• Experience across full solution lifecycle from need identification to post-delivery adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness and quality criteria for new data products.
• Maintain knowledge of data assets, pipelines, and architecture.
• Design complex solutions spanning data integration and AI capabilities.
• Design and run assessments showing model accuracy and fitness-for-purpose.
• Translate eval outcomes into proof points and reference materials.
• Qualify client opportunities and articulate value propositions.
