Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Sr. Advisory Lead, Content Enablement to shape AI solution evaluation, establishing frameworks, scoring standards, and credible deliverables for life sciences clients.

You will work across content, product, data science, and services, ensuring outputs are accurate, reproducible, and aligned with market expectations, with a growing client-facing presence. Candidates should bring domain depth, hands-on evaluation tooling, and the ability to translate results into win-ready

Qualifications

• Minimum Undergraduate degree in life sciences, medical sciences, CS, statistics, or related field.
• Experience across solution lifecycle from client need to post-delivery adoption.
• Familiarity with pharma commercial landscape, regulatory pathways, or related domains.
• Ability to align stakeholders across functions and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness and quality criteria for data products.
• Maintain knowledge of Norstella’s data assets, pipelines, and product architecture.
• Design complex data/integration/analytics solutions with engineering teams.
• Design and run assessments to demonstrate model accuracy and reliability.
• Translate eval outcomes into proof points and reference materials for GTM.
• Qualify client opportunities and articulate value propositions to technical/commercial audiences.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and templates to scale impact.
• Ensure delivery aligns with evaluated outcomes and commitments.
