Job summary

Norstella is seeking an Advisory Lead to shape how we evaluate AI-enabled data solutions for life sciences clients. You will define frameworks, scoring standards, and ensure results are credible and reproducible across internal and client-facing publications.

Working across content, product, commercial, data science, and engineering teams, you will translate evaluation outcomes into compelling proof points, support GTM efforts, and help scale our data products across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medical sciences, CS, statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in solutions, strategy, consulting, data science, or product commercialization in pharma or health data.
• Experience across full solution lifecycle from need identification to post-delivery adoption.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical commercial landscape and market access.
• Ability to coordinate across functions and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to collaborate in a hybrid/virtual environment across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness and quality criteria for new data products.
• Develop knowledge of Norstella’s data assets, pipelines, and product architecture.
• Design complex solutions spanning data integration, analytics, and AI capabilities with data science/engineering teams.
• Design and run evaluations to demonstrate model accuracy, reliability, and fitness-for-purpose.
• Translate eval outcomes into proof points for GTM with product and commercial teams.
• Qualify client opportunities end-to-end and articulate a clear value proposition.
• Develop repeatable playbooks to scale impact as the portfolio grows.
• Be accountable for quality through delivery.
