Job summary

Norstella is seeking an Advisory Lead to support AI solution development and evaluation, building frameworks and scoring standards that ensure accuracy, reliability, and fit for purpose for life sciences clients. You will work across content authoring, product, commercial, data science, data engineering, and services as the authoritative voice on what good looks like.

Qualifications

• Minimum undergraduate degree in life sciences, computer science, statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in solutions, strategy, consulting, data science, or product commercialization in pharma or health data.
• Experience across full solution lifecycle from client need to post-delivery adoption.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical commercial landscape and regulatory pathways.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones in hybrid/virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness and quality criteria for data products across lifecycle stages.
• Develop knowledge of Norstella data assets, pipelines, and product architecture; ensure backend fluency for credible evaluations.
• Design complex solutions spanning data integration, analytics workflows, and AI capabilities with data science/engineering teams.
• Design and run assessments demonstrating model accuracy, reliability, and fitness-for-purpose.
• Collaborate with product/commercial teams to translate eval outcomes into proof points and reference materials.
• Qualify client opportunities end-to-end: assess fit, frame solutions, articulate value proposition.
• Create repeatable playbooks and templates to scale impact as the portfolio grows.
• Be accountable for quality through delivery and ensure solutions land as evaluated.
