Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/AI/Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of software engineering or systems architecture experience.
• Experience with ML models and AI-driven applications preferred.

• Familiarity with model governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions to support business needs.
• Build and optimize ML models, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation tools.
• Develop generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise apps and workflows.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and platforms for innovation.
• Monitor model performance and manage retraining and lifecycle.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cloud and infra teams to deploy AI at scale.
• Create technical docs and architectural diagrams.
• Support governance initiatives for responsible AI.
