Job summary

Sharecare is seeking an AI Engineer to drive the transformation toward agentic engineering. You will ship AI-driven capabilities across the Factory spine, the application work spine, and data pipelines with auditable, safe deployments.

Responsibilities include designing, deploying, and monitoring ML models, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring governance and security. The position requires 6+ years in relevant roles and healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, DS, or related field.
• 4+ years of software engineering or systems architecture experience.
• Experience deploying ML models and AI-driven apps.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and NLP tools preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiar with CI/CD, MLOps, and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions.
• Build and optimize ML models, analytics, and automation tools.
• Develop generative AI apps with LLMs and RAG tech.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into AI solutions.
• Integrate models into enterprise workflows and apps.
• Maintain data pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• Evaluate AI tech and platforms for innovation.
• Monitor models, retraining, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure security, privacy, and governance in AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cloud/infra teams to scale in cloud.
• Create documentation and operational procedures for AI systems.
• Support AI governance, transparency, fairness, and responsible AI.
