Job summary

Curai Health is hiring a Full-Stack Senior Software Engineer to advance agentic AI in healthcare. You will design, build, and ship ML/LLM systems that empower clinicians and patients, end-to-end from data framing to production deployment.

You will own challenges, collaborate with clinicians, product, and engineers, and grow a scalable platform with robust evaluation and monitoring, contributing to safer, more effective care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on engineering experience with ML/LLM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, software eng, math, or related field.
• Strong Python and production-grade software practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of complex AI initiatives and own design.
• Design, build, train, evaluate and improve ML/LLM systems for health products.
• Own end-to-end problems from scope to production with monitoring.
• Develop evaluation frameworks including offline benchmarks and online experiments.
• Build platform infra for data pipelines, training, inference, and tooling.
• Translate medical/operational requirements into ML problems.
• Set technical direction, mentor engineers, and raise rigor.
• Stay current with literature and evolving AI tech.
