Job summary

Snowflake in Canada is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to drive complex customer solutions and support large deals. You will serve as the technical expert, bridging business and technical contexts while engaging executives and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include presenting Snowflake technology, conducting hands-on demonstrations, and supporting Proofs of Concepts across the sales cycle. Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site engagements is required.

Qualifications

7-8 years of industry experience with 5+ years in pre-sales.
Outstanding presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
Broad experience with Database, Data Warehouse, and cloud technologies.
Hands-on expertise with SQL, SQL analytics, and Python.
Strong ability to connect business problems with technical solutions.
Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors.
Work hands-on with prospects to demonstrate value throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing for continuous improvement.
