Job summary

EBSCO Information Services is seeking a Delivery Lead for its AI delivery pod within the Data & AI Organization. You will guide a small team of AI Engineers, set the delivery roadmap, and partner with sponsors across Product, Security, Customer Service, and Operations to ship AI that improves speed, quality, and cost.

You will be responsible for establishing reusable patterns, guardrails, and observability, ensuring scalable, enterprise-grade AI delivery while protecting EBSCO IP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software, product, or AI delivery.
• Shipped AI-powered production software end-to-end.
• Hands-on with agentic AI systems and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Forward-Deployed Engineering pod and delivery roadmap.
• Score inbound demand and enforce clean hand-off to receiving teams.
• Define technical direction for production agentic systems and guardrails.
• Stand up delivery foundations: evaluation harness and observability.
• Own cost-to-serve and model/prompt optimization.
• Partner with business sponsors to translate use cases into systems.
• Collaborate with external vendors while protecting IP ownership.
• Report impact on Speed/Quality/Cost/Learning to SLT.
• Scale the capability with a spoke network.
