Job summary

EBSCO Information Services is building a forward-deployed AI delivery capability within its Data & AI organization. We seek a Delivery Lead to guide a pod of AI engineers, set direction, and ship AI that improves speed, quality, and cost for enterprise use cases.

You will partner with product, security, and operations, building reusable patterns and guardrails that accelerate AI delivery across the company.

Qualifications

10+ years in software, product, or AI delivery.
3+ years leading teams that shipped AI-powered production software.
Hands-on fluency with agentic AI such as LLM orchestration and prompt engineering.
Proven track record delivering enterprise AI use cases.
Cloud-native (AWS preferred).
Strong cross-functional communication between executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

Own outcomes, delivery roadmap, and team performance.
Run intake, value/feasibility, data-risk management, and clean hand-offs.
Set technical direction for production agentic systems (LLM orchestration, RAG, guardrails).
Stand up evaluation harness, guardrails, and reusable patterns.
Own cost-to-serve through model selection and prompt caching.
Partner with named sponsors to ship AI systems.
Collaborate with external vendors while protecting IP ownership.
Measure impact on speed, quality, cost, and learning and report to SLT.
Scale capability by maturing the pod and embedding champions across the network.
