Job summary

EBSCO Information Services is seeking a Lead for its Forward-Deployed AI delivery team within the Data & AI organization. You will own the delivery roadmap, define technical direction for agentic AI systems, and drive a scalable intake-to-handoff model for production AI.

Collaborate with sponsors across Product, Security, and Operations; guide the FDE team reporting to the VP, Head of AI; work on high-value enterprise AI use cases with executive sponsorship, shaping how AI delivery gets done at
