Job summary

phData is a remote-first data and AI consultancy with teams across the United States, LATAM, and India. We partner with Snowflake, AWS, Anthropic, Glean and dbt to solve complex data challenges for large enterprises.

The Territory Director drives strategic growth by building relationships with partners and buyers, sourcing new customers, and managing overall relationships within your region. Northeast US focus preferred; strong track record in consulting sales and data services is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology services or consulting, with measurable results.
• Experience co-selling with technology partners such as Snowflake, Azure, AWS or similar ecosystems.
• Strong communication, presentation, and proposal negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets in Data Engineering, Managed Services, ML, and Analytics.
• Co-Sell with Anthropic, Snowflake, AWS and other ecosystem partners to sell services into enterprises.
• Lead lead generation activities (cold calls, email, social, events) to grow regional market share.
• Collaborate with MDs, Solutions Engineering, Marketing to scope and present solutions.
• Own the phData brand in territory, managing sales, delivery and customer success for region accounts.
• Navigate complex organizations to identify stakeholders and budget owners.
• Accurately forecast deals and manage sales pipeline.
• Complete training for continuous improvement and company initiatives.
